Menopause Miracle Supplement?

Shilajit: A True Game-Changer

Recently, I began taking a natural supplement called Shilajit to help me with my menopause symptoms and for overall health and well-being.

I noticed benefits like improved sleep and more energy almost immediately, but I wanted to wait until I was sure before sharing my experience with you.

After four months of taking Shilajit every day, I’m happy to say that it’s now one of my favorite supplements. I’m amazed at how much it has improved my weight loss efforts, sleep, libido, mood, and much more!

Keep in mind, before taking Shilajit, I was already doing pretty well regarding managing my menopause symptoms. But there’s always room for improvement and that’s why I’m constantly researching and experimenting.

Shilajit was a big surprise. It’s rare for a single supplement to make this much difference so quickly. I hope it helps you as much as it’s helped me!

What Exactly is Shilajit?

Shilajit, a thick, resinous substance that seeps from crevices in rocky formations in the Himalayan mountains, is a product of centuries-long natural processes involving the breakdown of plant and microbial matter. Renowned for its rich mineral content, fulvic acid, and diverse bioactive compounds, shilajit has enjoyed a long history of use for various health-related purposes.

• It has over 85 minerals, (106 minerals are present in the human body).

• Its earliest documented mentions trace back over 3000 years, marking its integral role in ancient healing practices, particularly within Ayurvedic medicine.

Often hailed as the "destroyer of weakness" in Sanskrit, Shilajit boasts a profound significance in the realm of traditional medicine. Its historical lineage stretches back to antiquity, with mentions of its therapeutic applications found in some of the oldest records of traditional medicinal practices. Within Ayurveda, the venerable Indian system of medicine with roots extending over five millennia, shilajit is esteemed as a premier remedy. Classified as a "rasayana" in Ayurvedic texts, Shilajit is revered for its rejuvenating properties, believed to enhance overall health, longevity, and vitality.

Moreover, Shilajit holds considerable esteem within various other traditional medical frameworks. Across Central Asia, Persian, Arabic, and Tibetan medicinal traditions, shilajit is recognized by diverse appellations and cherished for its multifaceted contributions to health and wellness.

Balancing Hormones During Menopause

Shilajit offers a potential solution for balancing hormones naturally. Its rich content of fulvic acid plays a crucial role in restoring hormonal equilibrium, addressing common female hormonal concerns effectively.

A study published in the Journal of Ethnopharmacology underscores Shilajit's potential in improving hormonal health. Continuous usage of Shilajit demonstrated positive outcomes in maintaining hormonal balance, leading to enhanced menstrual health and smoother transitions through menopause.

By incorporating Shilajit into one's routine, individuals can take a proactive step towards harmonizing hormonal rhythms, facilitating a smoother journey through menstruation and menopause. The integration of ancient wisdom with modern scientific findings opens up a promising pathway for promoting female hormonal well-being.

Enhancing Women’s Well-Being

Regular intake of Shilajit offers a multitude of benefits for women's health. It contributes to improved bone density, amplifies stamina and energy levels, and as mentioned earlier, aids in hormone regulation.

Notably, Shilajit has been found to enhance libido and elevate sexual function. Moreover, its anti-aging properties are noteworthy, while also serving as a stress-reducing agent.

10 Benefits of Shilajit:

  1. Increases energy levels

  2. Balances hormones (can’t stress this enough!)

  3. Boosts libido (women and men) and improves sexual function

  4. Helps reduce stress

  5. Improves skin quality

  6. Strengthens bones

  7. Helps improve mood and reduce emotional symptoms

  8. Helps weight loss and weight management

  9. Boost mental clarity

  10. Promotes healthy aging

How Long Until I See Results?

Shilajit operates on a principle distinct from conventional remedies. Rather than merely addressing surface symptoms, Ayurveda delves deep into the root causes of ailments. As such, patience is key when incorporating Shilajit into your wellness routine.

Patience is key. For optimal outcomes, experts recommend a consistent consumption of Shilajit over a period of approximately three months.

As I mentioned earlier, I noticed improvement in my sleep and energy levels almost immediately. But it was about three months before I really saw the full benefits kick in.

After a continuous three-month regimen, broader improvements often emerge across various aspects of physical and mental well-being. These can include bolstered immunity, enhanced muscular strength, improved digestive health, and a radiant complexion.

When Should I Take Shilajit?

For enhanced absorption and effectiveness, the ideal moment to consume your Shilajit dosage is in the morning on an empty stomach. However, it's essential to heed your body's response; if you experience a significant boost in energy, it's advisable to avoid taking Shilajit in the evening, as it might disrupt sleep patterns for some individuals.

Personally, I take Shilajit first thing in the morning and again in the afternoon.

Shilajit comes in powder, liquid or resin.

I prefer the resin, and most experts agree that resin is the most authentic and potent form. I melt a pea-sized drop of resin in a cup of hot water or sometimes just swallow it like a pill.

Dosage:

Clinical studies have explored Shilajit dosages ranging from 200 to 2000 mg per day. The prevailing dosing regimen appears to be 500 mg daily, divided into two separate doses.

I personally take 200 mg twice per day for a total of 400 mg daily (the milligram dosage is usually indicated on the supplement packaging).

Conclusion:

Shilajit has been a huge game-changer for me and countless other women going through menoapause. Although it’s been around for centuries in Eastern cultures, it’s relatively unknown in Western cultures which is why I didn't discover it until recentIy.

It offers promising benefits for women's hormonal health, promoting a sense of equilibrium and wellness. Usually with supplements I notice subtle benefits. However, with Shilajit the benefits have been quite dramatic, especially in regards to sleep and mood/energy levels.

For example, I now sleep deeply and uninterrupted throughout the night whereas before I would wake at least a couple times.

With its long history of use as a natural supplement, Shilajit stands as a safe option to consider. Integrating Shilajit into your daily regimen could potentially enhance your overall health and well-being and alleviate menopausal discomfort. Remember, be patient and give it enough time to reap the full benefits. Three months is a good target.

As always, it's crucial to seek advice from a healthcare expert prior to introducing any new supplement into your routine.
